As per discussed last night, I hope that everyone understands their weakness and have a work plan on how to improve on the weakness throughout the season.

Leadership
I will work with Jason & Guo Hui on the exercise and measurements for all of these. To improve, use your free time to visit the court to do some self-practice and get a buddy to help.
Overall, I hope that all of you got at least 3-4 skills that could contribute towards the team. Here will be some of the training & measurement, which I will work with Guo Hui & Jason, to implement within the usual training.
SHOOTING
Shooting is overall important, so I wish to see a good accuracy of 30% for 3 pointers, 60% for 2 pointers and 90% for free-throws. 30 shots at each distance.
DRIBBLING
Dribbling is also essential, especially with both hands. Dribbling across court for 4 times, switch hands, in less than 1 min 20 secs.
STEALS & PASSING
Good steals and passing can turn the game around, since we're playing half-court press. 5-5 monkeys within half-court. 2 Teams. Passed 50 Times. If steal more than 25 times, passer team lose. If pass successfully more than 25 times, stealer team lose.
REBOUNDING
Rebounding, whether offensive & defensive need good jumping skill and great anticipation. 2 teams of 3 players pick their spot while 1 person blind shoot (for fairness) for 25 times. Team with least rebounds lose.
